Imagine a little girl preparing her entire life to become a volleyball athlete so she could have the opportunity to play at a professional level, and then being forced to compete against a boxer or a football player. That’s what Macy Petty, an NCAA volleyball player at Lee University in Tennessee, experienced when she was forced to compete with a guy. She’s with us today to tell her story and we explore the repercussions of allowing males to physically compete against women in sports.
